ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Haylie Bergstrom. I served 4.5 years in the United States Air Force. I deployed to Ali Al Salem, Kuwait, and Kandahar, Afghanistan. I have an AAS in Criminal Justice & Paralegal. I am certified as a QuickBooks Online Accountant and certified by Bookkeeper Launch. I have a fantastic husband and three beautiful children! I started Cascade Bookkeeping, LLC because I needed a flexible job to raise my kids. I love helping people reach their highest potential financially in their businesses, saving them more money and less stress, and leaving more time with family and friends.

Categorize
Errors are easy to make and can wreak havoc on your financials. I focus solely on your finances, managing transactions, and categorizing expenses. By looking for errors, I can save your business thousands. I also ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting so you know exactly where your money is being spent.

Bank Reconcile
I can pinpoint every discrepancy, and this process will ensure that the balance shown on their books matches the actual cash they have in the bank. This is a valuable tool that can affect tax and financial reporting and detect errors and intentional fraud. I will conduct this service at the end of every month.

Deliver Reports
I will provide you with three statements every month.

1. Balance Sheet: this shows your business's equity (capital).

2. Income Statement: Your profit and loss over a specified period.

3. The Statement of Cash Flow: Is a practical tool for tracking your company's cash inflows and outflows.

Payroll
I do NOT manually enter payroll. It is required of your business to have a third-party payroll service such as Gusto.com or QuickBooks. Every month the payroll company will sync with Quickbooks and I will map/categorize the journal entries.

Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Accounts receivable bookkeeping is the accounting process of recording, tracking, and reporting on the accounts receivable of a business. I will record and maintain these financial transactions. I will follow up with late payers, generate invoices, and generate reports.

Accounts Payable (A/P)
Accounts Payable (A/P) are amounts due to vendors or suppliers for goods or services received that have not yet been paid for. I will handle accounts payable for your company. Once the bill is received I will enter the bill into QBO, pay the bill, and match bank feed transactions to the bill. An ACH authorization form is required for this.

Works with your CPA to File Taxes
I will connect with your CPA when it's tax time, ensuring that your quarterly tax payments are made on time and filed promptly. I will ensure everything is organized for your CPA, saving time and money for your business. I can refer you to mine if you need a dedicated CPA. :)
Pricing
The nature of my services completely depends on the number of transactions and the complexity of the transactions, to give you a quote, I will need to determine the amount of work required to categorize your transactions and reconcile your accounts. I will be able to determine your specific cost by looking at your three most recent bank statements and credit statements. It all depends on the size and complexity of your business so I can't say exactly how much your bookkeeping will cost, but I can tell you my average client pays $300-400 per month, with a minimum rate of $250.00.
